15.5 Class Action Waiver (U.S. Users)

YOU AND ADVERTIA AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY.

No class actions or class arbitrations
No consolidated or representative actions
No joining of your claim with claims of others
If the class action waiver is found unenforceable, the arbitration agreement is void

15.6 EU Online Dispute Resolution

15.7 Time Limit for Claims

Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or the claim is permanently barred.
